Return of goods
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (within 30 days or in case of complaint)
Products purchased from the e-shop www.hojdavak.cz can be returned without giving a reason WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT, i.e. in case of returning the goods, the package must be handed over to the delivery person no later than the 30th day after receipt.
For hygiene reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT the mattress that is part of the Hojdavak Baby standard package, unless it is in the closed original packaging.
1. SEND AN E-MAIL
Write us a message at info@hojdavak.cz that you are sending the goods back.
Details of the e-mail:
- Invoice or order number (just attach the invoice)
- What goods are you returning
- Reason for return or reason for complaint + attach photos of defects
- Bank account number
- Name of the carrier and package number. Always provide the carrier with our contact information: tel. +420720752328 and e-mail: info@hojdavak.cz, so that we can be informed about the delivery.
2. CAREFULLY PACK THE GOODS FOR RETURN
A) RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS
An integral part of each shipment is the enclosed INVOICE or COVERING LETTER (sample below).
- Everything is packed in the original packaging. Do not use the original packaging as an outer packaging for sending and do not stick or describe it with labels, addresses, etc.
- The goods are in the same condition as you received them - clean, unwrinkled (folded)
- Pack the goods so that they are not damaged during transport. Use sufficient packaging material and adhesive tape. Stretch film, which is easily available in stores, is also suitable for packaging. If you are packing in a box, fill the empty spaces with filling material, such as cardboard scraps, newspapers or plastic bags.
- If you are returning a metal stand, pay great attention to its packaging. The metal rods need to be wrapped in protective packaging and the individual parts attached to each other with fixing tape.
In the case of missing original packaging, dirty, crumpled goods or damage to the goods when returned due to insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to demand compensation for damage, which will be deducted from the purchase price.
B) RETURNS FOR COMPLAINTS

- Carefully pack the goods so that they are not damaged during transport. Use sufficient packaging material and adhesive tape. Stretch film, which is easily available in stores, is also suitable for packaging. If you are packing in a box, fill the empty spaces with filler material such as cardboard scraps, newspapers or plastic bags.
- If you are returning a metal stand, pay great attention to its packaging. Metal rods need to be wrapped in protective packaging and individual parts attached to each other with fixing tape.
No claim can be made for dirty, crumpled goods, damaged goods upon return due to insufficient packaging and normal wear and tear.
3. SEND THE PACKAGE
You send the returned goods at your own expense to the contact address: Hojdavak s.r.o., Okrasná 114, 10300 Prague 10, e-mail info@hojdavak.cz, tel.: +420720752328. Always provide the carrier with the contact details for our company. If you are sending via Czech Post, please select the method of sending to the address (hand delivery).
4. WAIT FOR A MESSAGE FROM US
The goods usually arrive in 2-3 days. As soon as we receive the shipment, we will check it and send you a message about it by e-mail. In the case of a refund, you never wait longer than 14 days, usually much less. If we are handling a complaint, we have a statutory period of 30 days, which is usually much shorter with us considering the nature of the goods being complained about. If it takes longer, please contact us and we will solve the problem together. When sending the payment, we will also send you an information email that the last action to close the case has been taken on our part.
